This was blurted across the newsroom by my somewhat misguided, weather story-loving editor in regards to the actual thunderstorms looming in our forecast.

- "What happens in Vegas ..." is the worse effing cliché in the book. So I will delight myself in avoiding that phrase while figuring out ways to keep the dice hot, temps low and urge to get a quickie wedding lukewarm. Vegas, baby.
